Challenge: Set up a flow in Power Automate for Excel

To wrap up this chapter, let's dive into an exercise that consolidates the techniques you've learned so far. We're going to revisit the clock-in/clock-out flow that you built in the first video. For this challenge, you can either make a copy of that original workflow or create a new one. We're going to build on it a bit. Let's start by opening the exercise file, 01-challenge.xlsx. You'll see our typical date, time in, and time out columns, but now there is also a comments column. Here's your first task. Set up the flow so that the user is prompted to leave comments when clocking in or out. Hint: this will take place in the same part of the flow, where the in or out criteria was built using a yes/no checkbox. Here's how this flow will work. Once the user clocks in or out and leaves a comment, that data will be saved to the worksheet. Additionally, an update will also be posted to Teams with details about who clocked in or out at what time, and their comments. Feel free to style this…
