Get data ready for a PivotTable

- [Instructor] Are you ready to make a pivot table, that's what we have to do today. Here we've got three data sets, Marshall County, Canyon County and Kidder County. We've got people and fines that have been applied against them. We need a pivot table that will give us a total amount of fines by region and by license. For example, we want to see the total amount of fines for everybody with a license 1-E in region G. In order to get the data ready for the pivot table we've got to separate that field that has region, license and fine all together, and clear any empty rows and columns then make the pivot table. So if you've got that, go ahead, pause the video, come back, I'll show you a way to do it. Okay you're back, let's dive into this. First of all we've got to get the data all stacked up.
