- Let's have some fun with this. We need three different ways to count the empty cells. The Last Name column has empty cells, okay. Ardiss doesn't have a last name. Sly doesn't have a last name. So use one way to count the blanks in the Last Name column, and then another way to count the empty cells in the Start Date column, and then a third way to get the empty cells in the Program column. Scroll down, look at the data. Okay, so it's not that much data, but please, think make your solution as simple and elegant or as wild and messy as you want it to be.
