Common cloud AI benefits

- Generative AI systems are known to require more powerful infrastructure compared to predictive systems. This often makes clouds their natural deployment destination. However, there are other capabilities provided by cloud environments that can benefit generative AI processing. Depending on the nature of the content being produced by a generative AI system, certain business policies or government regulations may need to be complied to. This means that the output of the system needs to be checked for compliance before it can be used. Clouds can offer automated compliance checking tools to audit the data being generated. This can also encompass checking for ethics-related compliance requirements to help root out biases that can skew the data output. The compute power required to process more complex generative AI models could justify the need for quantum computers, not only to carry out the processing, but to do so within a reasonable timeframe.
