Project Initiation Documentation, also known as PID, is your roadmap to help you get there, defining every detail to ensure your project's direction and scope, purpose and desired benefits are crystal clear to your stakeholders, as we identified in the previous video. In other words, this is about creating a high level plan that provides crucial context for stakeholder buy-in and project team engagement.
