Collect an e-signature on a protected doc

- [Instructor] You can use Google Docs to collect e-signatures as part of a workflow process. You can't do this if you're on the free Google account. You'll need a Google Workspace account and your admin must keep this feature enabled for you to use, but it is possible to include an electronic signature and attach it to a Google Doc. You may recognize this building block that we created. I've added another page for office use only, and let's put some signatures in here. I want to show you how this process works. Place the cursor where you want your signatures to go. Click insert and choose e-signature fields. I'll click inside, insert fields four, and from here I'll choose manage signers. You can have up to 10 people sign this document. The first one will be me as my fictional character using Google. I'm going to click to add another signer. I'll put my name in here and we'll click save. It doesn't matter what these names are, it's just for reference. We'll be putting in their email…
