Use Approval cycles to finalize documents

- [Instructor] Something that's fantastic with Google Workspace is the ability to do approval cycles within your documents. You can do this for documents that you own. For example, this Wedding Planning document has been shared out with me. I'm not the owner, somebody else is, so I can't send this one out for approvals, but this one, The Year Ahead, it's a file I created. I can absolutely send that out, and I'm going to show you how. You start by right-clicking a document, hovering your mouse over Share, and here you'll see approvals. Now let's take a quick look at the Wedding Planning file. I'll hover my mouse over it, and there's no approvals, so if you don't see approvals on a file, it most likely means that you're not the owner of it. Let's go back to The Year Ahead doc that I do own. I'll click Approvals. It's going to open up a pane, and I'm going to click Make a request to initiate a new approval cycle for this file.
