The Inclusive Leader Continuum

- [Narrator] The Inclusive Leader Continuum is a four-stage path executives can travel to become inclusive leaders. Many executives don't want to acknowledge the severity of these problems in their organization, or admit such problems exist. When someone advocates improved inclusion, many executives still respond, I don't care if you're black, white, or purple, I hire the best person for the job.
