- Have you ever walked into a room to get something, but you can't remember what you came to get? For some reason, you just can't remember. Participating in training without a clear goal in mind is sort of like that experience. You're there, but you're not quite sure what you're looking for, so you walk back out of the room and a few seconds later, you remember you were looking for your keys. Now you go back in the room and instantly find them. Having a clear goal when you come to training is a lot like that second time. It's much easier to find something if you know what you're looking for. I'd like to show you a worksheet I use to ensure participants are prepared for training. It's called the workshop planner.
