I think one of the simplest and most accessible ways to stay motivated is tracking. I think there's the very famous Jerry Seinfeld example of writing a joke a day, and just putting that on his calendar. I think there's a lot of things that if we track, if we could see, okay, I'm tracking towards something, you get positive reinforcement to stay motivated. So some quick, actionable steps that you could take to be more productive are to just start your day with what is the most important thing that you want to get done that day? Then when are you going to do it? Put that in your calendar and then what does done look like? So sometimes we don't know what done looks like. So how do I know that I'm done? How do I know this is complete? So just kind of keeping track of where it is in your project, where you are in your work, where you are on the thing that you want to complete is a really helpful way. And then also celebrating when you get things done. Like, actually, normally we're halfway…
