- [Instructor] Now that we have everything set up and running, our job shifts to maintaining everything, ensuring our users have access. Additionally, we need to make sure our bad actors stay out of our environment. One holistic way is to use built-in reports and Okta does a great job of providing them. Reports is easy to get to. If you go to the left hand dashboard, hit the Reports button and click Reports, you're given to the Reports section here. Okta has an array of built-in reports, like I said earlier, and there's some great reports out there you can use, such as your user lifecycle activity that talks about the whole user of when they log in, the successes of their logins, any failed logins they have to do. This report provides that for you. Some other really good reports that you can use is troubleshoot reports, such as these Okta logins that show how many times somebody has totally failed, any SSO attempts, and if you have any agents, if they are having issues and failing…
