You're creating a culture to drive lean improvements, that's likely a big change in your organization. You may be in the process of shifting from a siloed approach to a culture where everyone takes an active role in improving products and processes. Employees may fear change, because they feel they are losing ownership. Others may fear the unknown, since they are being asked to take on new tasks and responsibilities outside of their comfort zone. As you manage others through this change to build a sustainable culture for organizational excellence, you'll need to lead with a value of respect.
