This was a great course. The instructor is engaged and creates engagement by the way she speaks. The course makes the excellent point that to brand your employer brand as inclusive, the reality must match the marketing. The course has practical steps and exercises to follow to reflect on, plan and develop a more inclusive work environment and not just a brand. I would definitely recommend this course.
