- [Instructor] How often are you giving feedback to your team? It's probably less than you think. Think back to the last constructive feedback you gave someone on your team. Do you tend to share feedback with some people on your team more than others? Why is that? According to Harvard Business Review, women are more likely to get vague feedback and feedback that is tied to communication or personal style rather than technical job relevant feedback. Communication feedback certainly has a place, but without job relevant feedback, women don't have the same opportunity to improve as their peers. This can affect promotion timelines and career growth.
