- [Instructor] One bit of good news for us is that, although Amazon and the Kindle still don't use the EPUB spec for their eBooks, they use something proprietary. It is based on EPUB, and so now you can upload your EPUB file and they will convert it for you, and if you want to see what it's going to look like on a Kindle before you upload it, you can do so with the free Kindle Previewer application that I have open right now. You download that from their website, Kindle Previewer. There's even Kindle Previewer guide that I found. But here, let me come down here, download it for Windows or download it for the Mac, and here's the guide that I grabbed, Kindle Previewer user guide. I never even saw this before. Pretty interesting.
