Thank you for this brief summary of such extensive topic as Interview discussions. I think that the most important aspects have been touched and it is really useful and structuring the knowledge. The one element I would say is not in line with my way of thinking about interview is the question - where do you see yourself in 5 years. This was and still is a little controversial question for me. The better question would be - what is your vision for your career.
