- [Instructor] Now, let's take a look at the Files app which gives you the ability to manage your files, work with them, or even share them between apps. Files allows you to save, browse, and work with files both on your device or in the cloud. Let's take a look at how it works. Here on my iPad, I'll tap the Files app to open it. And here we see the main screen. Now if you're on an iPhone, the Files app has three tabs at the bottom labeled Recents, Shared and Browse. Here on the iPad we have a little more room so there's no need for those tabs and everything is organized in the sidebar on the left side of the screen with Recents and Shared here at the top. All the categories below that that we see here on the iPad are found under the Browse tab on the iPhone. So, currently I have Recents selected and that shows you all the files you've recently worked with. Some might be stored on your device and others online. So, it's…
