- Good news. This isn't going to be a technical discussion of one web platform versus another. It is neither a product review or a sales pitch. After all, you already have a web platform that can be used for presentations and meetings and whatever tool you have will work well. I'm going to show you how to make it work even better for your meetings. First, determine what the tool can do. Here are a couple of examples. In a face-to-face meeting, you likely have a whiteboard or a flip chart handy. Your web tool likely has an equivalent. If you want sub-teams to work on brainstorming, you can likely use a chat function. Think about what you want to do in your meeting and then look to your tool to see how that can be accomplished.
