- Now that we have covered what generative AI, natural language processing, and speech AI is, we can see how chatbots are one of the most common AI implementations that organizations are using to improve customer service and reduce costs. Many organizations have been using chatbots for many years, and the latest technology has the potential to create very sophisticated chatbots that save costs and make for a positive customer experience. But how common is it that the customer experience fails, and the latest technology does not make it better? I know I've got a few examples in mind. Business analysis, though, plays an important role in making chatbots and any use of AI better for the users and customers. AI technologies are not implemented for the sake of AI.
