- [Instructor] Playgrounds allows us to experiment with some of the core features of Amazon Bedrock and try various underlying foundational models. In a previous video, we requested access to Amazon Bedrock's Foundation models. Please ensure that you completed that step before proceeding to use Playgrounds. Let's log back into the AWS console and launch the Amazon Bedrock Service. If you click on the Base models link from the left hand navigation menu, on this page, you'll see all the foundation models that are available, their versions, and a description of the use cases that they best support. This can help you make a decision based on your generative AI use case. Currently, under the Playground section, it's broken down by chat, text, and image options. Let's click on the Chat link. Then click on the Select model button. Here you're able to see the specific model providers. Let's click on Amazon, then let's use Titan Text G1, the Express V1 model.
