Employing a team leap activity

There are many ways to build team trust. I'd like to share an activity I often use, the team lead. It works well in person and remote, and the length will vary by your team size, but it's generally an hour and a half or so. You hold the team lead after the meeting, which covered all the work activities, the roles, the timelines so that everyone can focus on the personal aspects of working together. If you're in a long-term team, do this when you're kicking off major initiatives or reorganizations or adding team members. At the end, your team will have a refreshed understanding of each other and awareness of what will make working together successful. So you start by setting the goals of the activity. Tell them we're going to discuss how we'll support each other during this project and we're going to establish team norms. Share the worksheet with everyone.
