Add team members to a project

- [Oliver] Depending on your account type and your situation, you may have other team members that you can collaborate with. Let's take a quick look at how to add a team member to a project in Recruiter. From my homepage, I'm going to navigate to one of my projects, and I'll go to the Project Manager in San Francisco. From here, I'm going to go up to the gear icon in the upper right to navigate to my Project settings. Now we saw this earlier, and if I scroll down to the bottom, I can see Project members, where just I appear. But I want to add a team member here, and I want to add my team member, Kate. In order to do so, I'll click on Edit members, which brings up this box, and I can begin adding in that coworker. I see that she appears here, and I'll select her name. And then next we need to decide on what permissions you want to grant them. So in other words, do you want them to have Full Project access, Pipeline Only, or View Only? And you can see that they give those restrictions to the right-hand side, showing you what that person will be able to do. So in this case, I want Kate to be a Full Project admin so she can do all of this. So I'm going to set it at Full Project, and then in the bottom right, I'll click Invite. So like that, Kate has been added to our project members here, and she will be invited. Now notice on the right-hand side, I get this dropdown, and it says that she currently has Full Project access, but I can change that at any time, as well as remove her. Now the other option up here was Reassign owner, and this would be if you're, say, no longer going to work at the company or just no longer going to work on this project, and you want somebody else to be the main admin and the owner of that project, you can then go and Reassign owner. So when you do that, you would type it in here, and if I did that now, then Kate would be the owner of this project. So I'm not going to do that, but that is how you would do it. So that's how easy it is to add a team member on the Recruiter platform if that's something that you need to do.
