- [Instructor] Did you know that every phone call, email, or meeting could potentially spark a new deal? In Dynamics 365 Sales, you can take everyday activities and convert them into sales opportunities, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Let's transform some activities into actionable sales opportunities. I recently had a meeting with Heriberto Nathan. We talked about new models of the espresso machines. The activity was recorded on the timeline. Let's check out the details of that activity. During the meeting, we discussed the new models of the machines and we did a handshake deal. This gives me really good confidence in this, that I'm going to convert it to an opportunity. From the activity, on the toolbar, let's click the More Options button and select Convert To. Our options are To Opportunity or To Case. To Case has to do with the service model. Let's select To Opportunity.
