- [Instructor] So how do you take meeting notes today? You might have several answers for me. Maybe you jot down those meeting notes with real paper and a pen, whether that's a napkin, a sticky note, a notebook, maybe even a journal, or you might say you take your notes digitally. Maybe you type those into a Word document, into a Notepad document or something else. What if I could tell you that you can automate that process a bit instead of manually taking those notes. You can automate the process by bringing in what's available in that Outlook Meeting instance. Here's how it works. We're here in OneNote. I've created a section called meetings to kind of keep all my meeting notes organized and I'm currently working with the insert ribbon. Now all the way over to the right side of the insert ribbon is meeting details. Now the first time that you click on this, you are going to need to log-in with your Microsoft account.…
