- [Instructor] There are a number of ways we can share our reports and our data models from Power BI with colleagues. And the method we choose depends on what it is we want to share and who we're sharing it with. For example, you can embed a report in a Microsoft Teams channel for use by the people who have access to that channel. So if your organization uses Microsoft Teams, this might be your best option for report sharing. Just drop it in the appropriate Teams channel. But if you want to share both reports and the semantic models or data sets underneath them, one way to do that is to distribute a PBIX file. You could do that by email or an archive, which is what I did when I distributed PBIX files, by including them in an exercise files archive for this course. Now, if you've been using the PBIX files in this course, you're aware of one potential downside.
