Before diving into the static code analysis course, there are a few prerequisites that you should know. However, keep in mind that these are only suggestions and you can still benefit from the course without meeting all of these prerequisites. Having a solid understanding of infrastructure as code concepts and being comfortable working with a language of your choice would be very beneficial. I'll be demonstrating scanning bicep code. You can follow along and scan your Terraform or other code of choice. It would be beneficial to have worked with Azure DevOps and its build and release pipelines too, and it would also be beneficial for you to have a basic understanding of CI/CD practices. By having these prerequisites under your belt, you'll be able to fully take advantage of the powerful static code analysis tools and capabilities offered by Azure DevOps.
