- Remember the client I mentioned who identified as being an Energizer battery in a meat suit? She's an office manager in a busy medical practice and she holds herself to incredibly high standards when it comes to her work. In addition to expecting perfection in everything she does, she also often goes in on her days off or picks up the slack for other people on her team. In our work together, I mentioned how it seems that she doesn't get to have any needs, and she agreed. She also agreed that no one else puts that on her. Though her team members benefit from how hard she works, they aren't holding her to those high expectations. She is.
