- [Instructor] To create a new Visio diagram in your browser, navigate to office.com. If Visio doesn't appear on the list of apps on the left, use the waffle button in the top left and then select Visio. Note that you might need to click All apps if Visio doesn't appear on this list. This technique will work whether you have Visio Plan 1, Visio Plan 2 or a commercial version of Microsoft 365 without a separate Visio license. You can also launch Visio for the web by pointing your browser at visio.office.com, which takes you to the same start page. At the top of the page, you'll see a handful of templates. I'm going to use the More templates link because it presents an entire page full of choices. You can type search terms into the search box in order to look for templates of a particular type, or you can use the template categories that make up the rest of the page.
