- [Instructor] The next Adobe Sensei feature in this series is the search functionality in Lightroom. Now though it might seem a bit trivial to talk about searching images, many users forget that their images are actually analyzed and tagged using cloud technology. Of course, the most obvious way of finding images is by applying tags yourself and applying ratings and other types of metadata to them. But what if you are confronted with a series of images that you are not familiar with? Or where no metadata is present? Now, admittedly, you might be tempted to simply scroll through an endless list of images until you find the image you're looking for. So the search functionality can really, really help you out. Now, keep in mind that the search functionality is not run locally in your machine. It actually runs in the cloud, which means that first of all, the images you want to look through have to be here inside your Lightroom environment and you need to be online for this to work…
