A tour of the OBS interface
- [Instructor] The OBS interface is your command center for creating professional live streams and recordings, and is designed to guide you through the workflow of a broadcast. The basic layout includes the dropdown menu, the main video area, the scene area, the source area, the audio mixer, scene transitions, and control buttons. You can drag each of them into your layout position where you want them. Take a look. In OBS, inputs are referred to as sources, and sources are organized into scenes. This setup lets you create unique media layouts that pull from various sources and transition through them during your broadcast. To create a scene, click the plus button in the scenes box and give it a name. You can click and drag scenes to rearrange the order in which they'll appear in your broadcast.
