- [Instructor] Here, I'm going to use Radial Repeat to make multiple copies around a center point. Object, Repeat, Radial. You'll start with eight. You can increase that either here on the Tool options or using the widget that is part of the repeat object. And you can also choose to work with an incomplete circle. And changes that you make to your single repeat object will affect the whole up to a point, because if I now decide that I want to use a blending mode so that we create an interaction where the shapes overlap, you can see that doesn't work and the repeat object is expanded. I'll undo that. So, if I want to retain it as a repeat object, what I'll need to do is double-click so that we enter Isolation Mode as indicated by this gray bar. And then double-click again until you've drilled down to the most basic element. And here, I can now change that to Multiply, and you can see that we get the interaction of the overlapping areas.
