Prototyping overview
- [Instructor] This course focuses on prototyping applications using machine learning on devices that live on the edge between networks and the real world. While documents, designs, and images are important in the product development process, there's nothing like having a tangible working prototype. Depending on your project, a prototype can take the form of anything from a static screenshot to a 3D printed model to a functional prototype of a physical product. In this course, we'll be working on a prototype that incorporates machine learning to recognize keywords. Three general reasons for prototyping are exploration, communication, and evaluation. Especially when you're working with new or unfamiliar materials and technology, building a prototype can help you explore and gain a better understanding of the potential and challenges you might encounter. Communication is one of the most crucial elements of any project…
