- Here's a fundamental truth. There is no such thing as a conflict-free team. You might dream of working with a group where everyone sees eye to eye, there are no disagreements, and people get their work done without any friction or tension. But that's not a reality nor should you want that. After all, disagreements and tensions play an important role in collaborative work, and there are lots of upsides to having conflicts, healthy ones, especially when you're working remotely.
