Let's begin by poking around in GA4 a little bit. As you can see, there are multiple tabs, and most have several different data options. To pinpoint the leaks in your funnel, the Reports tab, which looks like this, is going to be your most valuable starting point. Because in it, you can see where your customers are coming from and how they're engaging with various pages and stages of your funnel. The Explore tab is also going to be very helpful for you, because you can set up and use a funnel exploration report to visualize what your funnel looks like. Then do funnel analysis to identify exactly where the drop-off points are in your funnel. We'll do that in the next chapter. For now, let's begin by focusing on the Reports tab, under the Engagement section, and in particular, the Landing page view.
