- [Narrator] Now, before we get started, we want to make sure that Maya is set up to use this course. We are going to be using the Arnold renderer, so just make sure that the Arnold plugin is installed and turned on in Maya. So, you can find this under Windows, Settings, Preferences, Plugin Manager. And if you scroll down towards the bottom, you'll see an M, two A, dot M L L, and that's the Arnold plugin. So you just want to make sure that it's loaded and also check auto load, so that it will load every time you start Maya. So once you have Arnold installed, we can begin the course.
