Well, the key difference is that when I go and I start in the conversation, I started by building up a sense of the problem and what the key things were that I was trying to solve for. I want to hire a prompt engineer, but we can't pay as much. And then I started looking at and working with Copilot to understand what are the unique values and benefits that Vanderbilt brings that could help us overcome that. And then we started listing all these key points. And then finally we generated a job description that was really highly optimized to Vanderbilt, that had those unique things about Vanderbilt and working here that would make you want to come here potentially. Now, if you're going to go and create a job description, this is the first thing that people are going to see. And this is going to be your portal into finding, you know, qualified candidates.
