- [Instructor] Throughout this course, I'll often refer to the databases End User. And I wanted to take a moment to define who I think this person is and why they're important to keep at the front of your mind while designing your forms and reports. As the database developer, you'll be intimately familiar with all of its contents and the processes that you've set up full or inputting, organizing and retrieving the data that it contains. When creating forms and reports, you need to take a step back and try and look at the system that you're building with fresh eyes. Put yourself in the shoes of someone that's just coming to your application for the first time. This is the End User. They're a theoretical individual that will be using the application that you develop in Access and may even be completely new to your organization. It could be helpful to consider how your database would be used by a new hire or an intern.…
