Launch Main Menu form at startup
- [Instructor] Now that our main menu handles all of the navigation throughout our database, we can make sure that our end users know exactly where to start by opening the main menu form when the database first launches. To do that, I'll come up to the File tab and come down to Options. Then we'll go into the options for the Current Database, where we can say this Display Form property and set it to a startup form. I'll switch it to the main menu. While we're here, I'll also turn off a couple of other options. I'll turn off the display of the navigation pane, as well as turn off the option to allow full menus. I'll say OK. Access tells me that I need to close and reopen the current database for the specified options to take effect. So I'll say OK and close the database.
