- [Instructor] Let's look at managing users in Microsoft Entra ID. Here's my Microsoft Entra ID on Azure portal. Click Users, we can see a list of current users. We can click Manage view, then click Edit columns. Let's add some columns. For example, Job title and Department. Click Save, now we can see the job title and the department information in the user list. Let's select a user, for example, Tracy Westbay. On the overview page, I can see the basic information like a user principle name, user type, groups, applications, assigned roles and the licenses. Click Monitoring, I can view the user sign in activities. Click Properties, I have a list of properties. I can click Edit properties. I can edit properties for identity, job information, contact information and settings. Let's click Job Information. For example, let's add employee ID. And we can add a manager.
