Copy a plan

Copy a plan

- [Instructor] A plan can be repurposed by copying it. Start by selecting the three ellipses at the top of the plan area, then select Copy plan. With the Copy plan menu in place, you have an opportunity to rename the plan. Let's take out Copy of, and let's call this Fiscal Year, FY, abbreviation, 2020, Catering, and we'll remove team. Next, select if you would like the privacy to remain as Private, or choose Public instead. Let's keep this as Private. The Options area is a place for you to add an optional group description. Once all changes have been updated, select Copy plan. A notification appears in the lower left corner that it is copying the plan. Once done, a notification will appear that the new plan is ready, and the plan will appear in the Recent plans list. Go ahead and select this plan. Within this plan, we have all of the same buckets as well as the tasks within those buckets. And that is how you can copy and reuse a plan.
