According to the Microsoft documentation, Power BI is a collection of software services, apps and connectors that work together to turn your unrelated sources of data into coherent, visual immersive, and interactive insights. Let's break down the sentence, and expand a little bit on each portion of it. First of all, Power BI is not just one product. Instead, it's a set of interrelated tools, each one of them focused on the different workload or need. Let's start with Power BI Desktop.
