Display the Task Details form in the Details pane

- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. I switch between displaying and hiding the details pane a lot and I prefer to use the task details form. This week, I'll show you how to record a macro to quickly perform these tasks. The first thing is you need the developer tab on the ribbon to do this. So if you don't see that, click file, click options, then choose customize ribbon. On the right side, make sure that the developer check box is turned on and click okay. Once you have the developer tab, go ahead and click it. Now what we're going to do is click record macro. That opens up the record macro dialog box. And the first thing I'm going to do here is give the macro a name. I'm going to call it c_details. I'm going to store the macro in the global files, so it's available to all projects. Then in the description box, I'm going to leave the part when it was recorded and by whom but I'm going to select macro, macro 1 and replace that with just a brief description of what the macro does.
