Start an ad hoc project meeting
Project work tends to move quickly and meetings need to be flexible for this kind of work. If you need to have an unscheduled meeting off the cuff, so to say, Microsoft Teams' Meet Now can help you host instant meetings. There's a few ways or a few places where you can start a meet-now type of a meeting. Here within a channel, notice in the upper-right corner that there's this camera here. If I select the arrow for that, it gives me the choice to start a meet now, or to schedule a meeting to take place in the future that's connected to this channel. Now, if I click directly over the camera, that's going to take me into starting this meet-now experience. Notice the title, Meeting in Alpha Review. It's picking up the name of that channel. You, of course, can change this. And then you'll go through the process of setting up any audio or video settings and then joining the meeting. We're going to close this for now.
