Use a form as a template for the next project
When a project ends and another similar project begins, you can use an existing form as a template to build that next project form, and you can even share that with your colleagues that may need to repurpose a form to build their own forms. Here's how. Start with the form in view that you want to use as a template. In the upper-right corner, you're going to select the ellipses. That's the more form settings menu. And from the menu, select Collaborate or Duplicate. It takes you here to the collaboration menu. In the Add Collaborator section, this is where you can generate a link for other people to be able to collaborate and view the results along with you. So you're making this a shareable form essentially. And this is a great thing to be able to do if you want others to be able to modify the form or do some copy edit for you.
