Configuring AWS Internet Monitor for your environment

- [Instructor] In this demo, we are going to get started creating our first internet monitor. On the CloudWatch console homepage, scroll down into application monitoring and in here you'll find internet monitor. The steps for creating a monitor are very simple. First, we create one, then we have to wait a while for the data to populate and then observe traffic. Scroll down in here, and you'll find monitors. I've already created one, so we can have some data, but let's go to the steps of creating. Click on create monitor, and in here first, we need to provide a monitor name. Let's go with demo. I already have one in demo, so demo two. Next we need to specify the resources that we want to monitor. These can be Amazon Virtual Private Networks cloud from distribution and network load balancers, or Amazon workspace directories.
