- [Instructor] At some point during an interview, the interviewer may ask you if you have any questions for them. One thing a C++ developer should consider is their work environment. Will you be working in teams or alone? And will you be mentored by anyone senior? And for how long? What about remote work? Will it be possible to work from home on some days? Or was a security clearance required for this job and, therefore, the work can only be done on in-house computers? Other items to note that make great questions for anyone eager to join a development team are: What are the work incentives? Things like college tuition reimbursement are great for those who want to continue their education. But what about learning a new IDE or new version of C++?
