On criticism: Frame feedback for growth, not just correction

- Everyone thinks that Gen Z is so sensitive and that you can't tell them anything because they're going to fall apart 'cause they're so fragile. And that's not really the case. For Gen Z, it's about feeling disposable. It's about feeling like they don't matter. It's like about feeling like they don't belong and you actually don't care. And they're just a number in the workplace. And so for you as someone who wants them to feel valued and you want them to feel like they belong and you want them to feel like you are invested in their growth, the way that you frame feedback is going to matter. And so my recommendation is that you focus on growth. You focus on the lessons that were learned as opposed to focusing on all the things that they did wrong or the things that went wrong. Now, I'm not saying that you should not call out the direct things that went wrong. No, I'm not saying that. What I am saying though is that it should be from a lens of here's how we grow, here's how we do it differently in the future, not focusing on the past and all the things that went wrong.
