The aim is to help you start to develop a strategy around managing NFRs that is appropriate for your context. First of all, what kinds of roles or groups in your organization would be best to own a general NFR list or review process for NFRs? Pause if you want to, and take a moment to think. Now, think about the types of products or services your business has. Which non-functional requirements do you know are important to them? Which non-functional requirements are less important to your customers? Now, let's think about any past incidents or issues either with our products or our competitors' products or in our broader industry.
