- [Instructor] We talked in previous videos about how you might size work whether with agile story points or something else, and whether you look at how much time something will take versus the effort required. However you choose to do that is up to you and our decision there will influence how we track work with NFRs. Usually there's no reason we can't use the same tool to track NFRs. Although the style of ownership you choose may come into play. If you've divided ownership of NFRs up into different areas such as leaving security NFR with security teams, privacy NFRs with a data or legal team, capacity and data integrity with a cloud architecture team, and compliance NFRs with a legal group and so on, there might be lots of different places NFRs are managed. In that case, you might get teams to track their own NFRs in some way that fits in best with their existing ways of working. So that is all in one place for them.…
