- [Instructor] Managing your own work is one thing, but managing it with a team, that's where projects can get messy fast. Let me show you exactly how to share your pages, assign tasks, and collaborate in Notion all in one place. First thing we want to do is come to our Project Headquarters, move your mouse over to the top here where it says Share, and you can invite a team member that you would like. Let's say I want to invite ProfessorBatay@gmail.com and I only want to give him View access and invite. So now he has been invited, which is myself at my other email account, and I'll get an email and I'll be able to sign up and I'll be able to get this, but because I selected View, Professor Batay would not be able to edit anything, he'll only be able to view it.
